Rainbow (AKA Pixel) is the oldest of our Frankeigh progeny but she is very typical in type to her mother, German import, Lasha v Eisernen Kreuz OFA BCAT. Pixel is a beautiful, athletic, and powerful solid black (r) German working line female, happily impulsive, with correct structure and temperament. Possessing the quick nature and physical “rough and tumble” traits of her modern working line mother she has the kind, pro social, enthusiastic temperament of her sire and our lines. She is super fun to train, travels well, and gets along with most our other dogs (large and small). She has been very slow maturing and at 3 years is just now truly a socially and mentally mature dog ready for advanced training, some fun sport, and motherhood. We expect Pixel to produce rough and tumble kids, hard hitting, suitable for advanced training, hobby sport, outstanding adventure buddies, and wonderful companions for those who value physically powerful dogs who love to use their bodies as battering rams and posses the needed patience, active lifestyle, and sense of humor to enjoy them.
*We know Pixels modern working line heritage through her mother Lasha present their own problems and challenges in the breed. We decided to include this line for the overall quality of temperament, health, sound athletic structure and the above average breeding quality of Lasha’s litter and motherline. Our long time commitment to building our program based on exceptional females and exceptional German breeders made it impossible to resist adding Lasha’s genetics to our program. We are working hard to move forward the positives (and there are many) while negating the negatives (and there are a few) often seen in modern sport lines. We feel both Rainbow and Roseigh are a great first step in this project. Their kids will make excellent companions for experienced GSD owners, training and competition enthusiasts, and active families looking for a companion/protector for all kinds of outdoor adventures. These girls are not for lightweights and their kids won't be either.
